Today Macy fell and hurt herself. There were many tears. I held her close and consoled her as best I could. Finally I asked her what would make her feel better.
Her answer: "Target."
As in the store. As in one of my most favorite places to be. As in one of my favorite places to be that makes me happy when I'm feeling blah too.
My heart is bursting.
